Certification

The Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) program is for experienced Relativity users looking to validate their knowledge of the software. To obtain certification, a candidate must have at least three months of experience as a Relativity administrator and earn a score of 80% or higher on the RCA exam, which contains both written and practical elements. The certification applies to major versions of Relativity and is valid for one year.

The exam tests a user’s knowledge of Relativity and is delivered in two parts: an online quiz and a hands-on exercise.

Extending the RCA Lifecycle

As an easy way for RCAs to keep up with advancements in Relativity, we offer Relativity Continuing Education (RCE) credits. These credits allow RCAs to renew their certification on a yearly basis. By earning 20 RCE credits or taking an upgrade exam within the 12 months following their certification date, RCAs can extend their status for an additional year.

We will send regular emails to RCAs to help them monitor their certification status and their number of RCE credits earned. To earn credits, RCAs can attend a Relativity event such as a webinar, Relativity Fest, or a Relativity hands-on lab.
