Certification

The Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) program is for experienced Relativity users looking to validate their knowledge of the software.  To obtain certification, a candidate must have a minimum of three months of experience as a Relativity administrator and earn a score of 80% or higher on the exam, which contains both written and practical elements.  The certification will apply to major versions of Relativity and be valid for one year.  Please click here for more information.

Benefits

RCAs will be recognized as experts in Relativity and have direct access to second level support at kCura.  Service Providers will also have their RCAs recognized on the Relativity website.

What To Expect

The exam tests a user's knowledge of Relativity and is delivered in two parts: an online quiz and a hands-on exercise.
