Relativity is a platform that allows litigation support professionals, independent consultants, and third-party software providers to design and build applications to extend its functionality. Relativity 7.5 offers significant enhancements for developers, designed to make it easier than ever to build on top of the platform.
With better coverage of APIs, you can:
- Create batch workflows with full control of batches and batch sets
- Download and create single documents
- Execute and return results of a saved search or view
- Script and include agents in your Relativity Applications
- Read or perform a query on views and layouts
- Write to the error log, so applications can report errors to end users
Easier setup and configuration allows you to:
- Create validated code by using DTOs
- Eliminate lookup steps when developing applications by using enhanced Globally Unique ID (GUID) setup options
- Reference pre-existing scripts by name, instead of ID
- Use the same coding syntax for the Relativity Services API (RSAPI) and event handlers
Additionally, existing and new documentation is now available in an improved, web-based format to make the SDK easier to consume.
