Best in Service Program

Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates these partners in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements for duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installation, and core Relativity certifications.

Because we recognize that some hosting partners experience unique challenges associated with managing very large Relativity environments, we have two designations for Best in Service: Orange and Blue. While both sets of partners are certified to provide a quality Relativity experience, Orange-level partners are recognized for making additional investments in people, process, and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts — all while maintaining the high standards of Best in Service.

Relativity Certified Reseller Program

Relativity Certified Resellers provide clients with flexible software deployment and support options. Clients who purchase a Relativity license through a reseller benefit from local support and training, infrastructure and environment maintenance, and e-discovery project management services.

Relativity Certified Administrator

To ensure that case administrators fully understand Relativity's capabilities, kCura offers the Relativity Certified Administrator program. By using a service provider with a Relativity Certified Administrator on staff, clients can be sure the administrative team managing their case has extensive expertise and knowledge of Relativity.

Relativity Certified Sales Professional

To evaluate sales professionals on their knowledge of Relativity, kCura offers the Relativity Certified Sales Professional program. By seeing a demonstration from a Relativity Certified Sales Professional, prospective clients will gain a comprehensive understanding of the software.
