June 8, 2010 - Relativity Analytics was recently featured in the EContentmag.com article Search: It's More Than Finding; It's Doing. In the article, Bruce Furukawa of the San Francisco firm Severson & Werson discussed his experience using Relativity Analytics.
Furukawa's team needed an efficient means of reviewing 80,000 email messages in a matter of days. "Initially, I budgeted for the case assuming we'd process 400 documents a day, giving each document one of 15 issue codes," Furukawa said. With the help of kCura partner Evolve Discovery, this process took half the budgeted time.
"It appears to almost think for us," Furukawa said. "We ended up processing 800 documents a day with 99% accuracy."
