Los Angeles-based law firm brings Relativity in-house as a solution to its litigation support needs, purchases from Evolve Discovery

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Press Release - January 27, 2011 - Relativity Premium Hosting Partner and Certified Reseller, Evolve Discovery, announced today that it has sold kCura’s e-discovery review platform Relativity to Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard, Avchen & Shapiro, LLP. Evolve Discovery’s consulting and project management background, paired with flexible software deployment and support options, led to Glaser Weil’s purchase of the web-based platform.

“Relativity supports our review teams by providing them with valuable tools for gauging the scope of case data from the earliest stages in a case to the final stages of issue coding and deposition preparation,” said Mark Karnick, Glaser Weil’s Chief Information Officer. “With its flexible workflow and case management capabilities, Relativity will save our clients time and money.”

Relativity’s powerful searching tools, interactive data visualization features and flexible workflow capabilities allow Glaser Weil to more efficiently support its case teams by cutting time and costs associated with the review process. Through Relativity Analytics’ concept search technology, Glaser Weil can speed up linear review and quickly identify critical documents in a case. Additionally, Relativity Pivot gives Glaser Weil improved insight into case data by revealing key trends and patterns in a case. With the tools to handle the most complex analysis, review, and production demands, Relativity gives Glaser Weil the flexibility and scalability it needs to manage data collections of all sizes.

“We strive to offer the most effective and efficient solutions on the market, and Relativity is no exception,” said Andrew Jimenez, President and CEO of Evolve Discovery. “We’re thrilled that Glaser Weil has brought the review platform in-house, and we look forward to building a long-lasting relationship with the firm.”
