Evolve Discovery’s corporate clients have been using Relativity Analytics on cases to identify similarities between their client’s production and that of opposing council’s, bringing major efficiencies to the review process in organizing documents by known issues. Evolve Discovery used 67 hot documents from their client’s 1.8 MM page production, and found ~400 similar documents in their plaintiff’s 2.2 MM page production using Similar Document Detection.  This saved their client hundreds of thousands of dollars in review costs while preparing for depositions.
