Press Release, Chicago, IL – September 15, 2009 – kCura Corporation today announced the launch of the Relativity Best in Service program.  The Best in Service program is designed to recognize those Relativity partners doing an exceptional job providing Relativity to their clients.

“We’ve had a really positive year and have seen our user base grow significantly month over month,” said Andrew Sieja, kCura President and CEO.  “Much of that growth can be attributed to the hard work and dedication of our global network of hosting partners that provide Relativity on-demand to law firms and corporations worldwide.  We wanted to put together a program acknowledging our partners’ efforts, and setting a standard for customer service.”

The Best in Service program will evaluate Relativity providers in three areas: customer service, technical capabilities, and volume.  Of the three areas, customer service is the most heavily weighted, and is scored solely on responses to end-user satisfaction surveys.  

“Many programs like this measure only quantity, like sales volume, which is not necessarily an indication of a partner who does a great job offering our software,” said Andrew Sieja.  “We tried to rethink this type of program to give the end-users a say in the evaluation process and put an emphasis on quality of both service and the delivery of Relativity.”

kCura will announce Best in Service partners during the first week of January 2010.  Between now and then, kCura’s global network of over 60 partners will be working through the Best in Service process.
