Press Release, Chicago, IL – October 12, 2009 – kCura Corporation announced today that Relativity, their web-based document review, analysis and production platform, now includes the ability to compare the content of similar documents on-the-fly.
“We are always looking for ways to accelerate the document review process,” said Andrew Sieja, President and CEO of kCura. “Integrating document compare into Relativity is another tool to help us accomplish this goal.”
With the click of a button, a reviewer can immediately view the differences between selected documents, seeing what content is the same, and what content was added or omitted. Document compare can be launched from the document list while browsing record metadata, or from Relativity’s innovative Related Items Pane, which displays document groups such as duplicates, families, and conceptually similar documents. Integrating this function into document review workflow helps improve the efficiency of individual reviewers by allowing them to focus on unique content and ignore content that has already been reviewed in a like documents.
Relativity is a powerful yet easy-to-use litigation support platform. Features include an interface that is highly customizable between users and groups, a flexible workflow component, the ability to TIFF on-the-fly, powerful searching technology that includes analytics and concept searching, and complete Unicode compliance: giving Relativity the power to handle the largest and most complex review efforts.
