Press Release – Chicago, IL – January 27, 2010 – kCura, developers of the e-discovery review platform Relativity, announced the results of its inaugural Best in Service program.

“The Best in Service program allows us to recognize those Relativity partners who do an exemplary job of maintaining a commitment to delivering a great customer experience with Relativity,” said Andrew Sieja, president and chief executive officer of kCura.

The criteria for Relativity’s Best in Service program consist of an audit of a partner’s Relativity offering as well as customer references.  Partners who volunteered to participate were evaluated on technical capabilities, sales performance, and the strength of their references.

“The program has allowed us to work collaboratively with our partners to establish guidelines and criteria for a high-performance Relativity offering,” said Sieja.  “We look forward to the future development of Best in Service so both kCura and our partners can continue to improve the Relativity end user experience.”
