Mindseye Solutions Integrates TunnelVision with Relativity

Relativity Evaluated in Project Counsel Blog Post

D4 to Host Relativity Hands-on Lab in Omaha

January 9, 2012 – Join D4 and kCura for a hands-on lab and happy hour in Omaha, Nebraska on Thursday, January 12. Representatives from D4 and kCura will be available to provide Relativity demos and administer hands-on lab exercises, which give end users exposure to Relativity functionality, including Relativity Assisted Review and Fact Manager.

ACEDS Webinar on Computer-Assisted Review Now Available

January 9, 2012 – kCura recently presented a webinar on computer-assisted review with the Association for Certified e-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). This 90-minute webinar covers what computer-assisted review is and why it’s such a hot topic in e-discovery, the components and workflow of an effective computer-assisted review, and how statistical sampling ensures the review is effective. NightOwl Implements Relativity Assisted Review

January 9, 2012 – NightOwl, a Relativity Premium Hosting Partner and national provider of e-discovery services, recently announced that they have added Relativity Assisted Review to their Relativity hosted review service.  With Assisted Review, NightOwl and their clients may now train Relativity to categorize relevant issues by coding statistically sampled subsets of documents, ultimately achieving significant time and cost savings.

kCura Releases Relativity 7.3

January 6, 2012 – With Relativity 7.3, native imaging gives you more control over the imaging process by using the original native application to create images for many standard file types, including spreadsheets, email, word processing documents, presentation, and HTML files. Additionally, you can now apply search conditions on the document list screen for more powerful ad hoc searching and filtering, allowing you to search all fields, including fields that are not in your view. You can also quickly turn any filter, view, or search criteria from the document list into a saved search with a mouse click. The release also includes improvements to Relativity applications, including the ability to assign version numbers to applications via the Relativity interface.

Equivio Announces Analytics Integration with Relativity

January 6, 2012 – Equivio, a Relativity ISV partner, today announced the integration of their near-duplicates and email threads technology with Relativity. The new Relativity Ecosystem Application allows users to easily run Equivio’s analytics technology through an integrated tab inside of Relativity. By eliminating the need to work with two applications, the integration creates an efficient and seamless workflow for Relativity users to maximize the benefits of best-in-breed solutions.
