July 31, 2012 – Responsive Data Solutions (RDS), an e-discovery service provider for law firms and corporate legal departments, announced that they have been recognized as both a Relativity Best in Service partner and a Relativity Certified Reseller. To achieve Best in Service designation, RDS went through an evaluation process of technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Additionally, the Relativity Certified Reseller program allows RDS to provide flexible deployment options for Relativity, including licensing the software directly to clients as an on-premises installation.

July 9, 2012 – We’re excited to announce that the Relativity Fest early-bird registration rate of $350 has been extended until August 5, 2012. After that date, the standard registration rate of $550 per attendee will take effect. kCura will cover the costs of hotel accommodations at The Palmer House Hilton for Monday and Tuesday nights—as well as food and beverages during the conference—at no additional cost to attendees.
