Modus Earns Best in Service Certification

March 22, 2012 – kCura is excited to attend the ACEDS 2012 Annual Conference and Exhibition from April 2 to April 4 in Hollywood, Florida. New Relativity Workflow Recipes Available

March 21, 2012 – The latest Relativity workflow recipes are now available on the advice page. Written by members of the advice@kCura team, each workflow recipe provides step-by-step instructions on how to perform advanced functions in Relativity.

This month’s featured recipes include:

  • Creating an application for managing attorney lists
  • Filtering to find empty fields
  • Using custom objects to secure coding choices
  • Using saved searches to complete conflict checks

Relativity Media Tracker Now Available in the Ecosystem

March 15, 2012 – Relativity Media Tracker is now available for download. Media Tracker helps users organize and track media received from vendors, clients, and opposing counsel—from data import to production.

Media Tracker supports Relativity versions 6.10 – 7.3. To download Media Tracker, log into the Relativity Customer Portal here. For questions about Media Tracker, or to learn more about building your own applications in Relativity, email advice@kcura.com.

Relativity 7.4 Pre-release Now Available

March 9, 2012 – The Relativity 7.4 pre-release is now available. Relativity partners can use this pre-release to perform internal testing of their integrations, processes, workflows, and extensions.

The pre-release runs until the official release date on April 6, at which time Relativity 7.4 will be deployed to kCura's hosting environment, and will be fully supported by kCura.  For more information on how to access the pre-release, please contact kCura Support.

TechLaw Solutions to Host Panel on Computer-assisted Review

March 7, 2012 – kCura is excited to join TechLaw Solutions for their upcoming breakfast and panel discussion on computer-assisted review in Chicago on Friday, March 16. The panel will feature Jay Leib, who heads up kCura’s advice team; George Socha, founder of the EDRM, Apersee, and Socha Consulting; Scott Carlson, founder and co-chair of Seyfarth Shaw LLP; and Dave Lewis, Ph. D., of David D. Lewis Consulting. The panelists will offer insight on what computer-assisted review is, why it’s such a hot topic in e-discovery, and how this technology can lead to substantial time and cost savings during litigation.
