November 19, 2009 - kCura is please to announce the roll out of the Relativity Certified Admin program. The Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) program is for experienced Relativity Administrators looking to validate their knowledge of the software. To obtain certification, a candidate must have a minimum of three months of experience as a Relativity administrator and earn a score of 80% or higher on the exam, which contains both written and practical elements. RCAs will be recognized as experts in Relativity and have direct access to second level support at kCura. Services providers will also have their RCAs recognized on the Relativity website.
