Prior to review, you can set up a forecast by entering a start date, a deadline, and an estimated number of documents to be reviewed. Review Manager provides time and cost estimates based on the information you’ve supplied, showing the impact of adding reviewers, adjusting timelines, or altering the speed of review. You can create a new forecast or adjust your original estimates at any point during a project. Reporting capabilities show you how a review will progress over time.
During review, you can view your progress and see how it compares to your forecast. An optimization report provides suggestions on how to adjust your existing approach to meet project goals. In addition, Review Manager offers detailed reports by user, document type, and reviewer role, providing the ability to quickly and easily identify potential problems with your review strategy.
