April 1, 2011 - We are excited to announce that beginning April 4, our client services team will be expanding their in-office support hours to provide coverage from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time on Saturdays.

While we have always provided 24-hour support for urgent issues via an answering service, we will now have a team of six experienced support professionals in the office answering your calls directly. This is the first step in moving toward a 24x6 support schedule. From April 4 to June 4, the extended hours support team will be Anthony Moody, Dave Mathis, Matt Bolte, Jared Lander, Brittany Cunningham, and Alvin Aranas.

We look forward to expanding our coverage in an effort to continue to provide the type of support our clients and partners require in our demanding field.

We are especially excited to provide our international clients with the same support experience during their business hours as our North American clients.
