February 4, 2011 - Version 1.6 of kCura’s flexible legal hold application is now available. The release includes new visual analysis capabilities, improved notification features, and a more intuitive experience for hold participants.

With Method 1.6, hold administrators can display data from their Method libraries with charts to gain a better understanding of the scope of the hold. For example, administrators can create a chart that illustrates hold participants by department.

The release also provides improved e-mail notification features. HTML formatting has been enabled in notifications, and administrators can send test notifications to preview the final formatting. They can also send hold reminders on demand, in addition to sending periodic reminders.

Additionally, the Method Interview Portal now features tabular viewing of notices and questionnaires. This allows hold participants to navigate the portal quickly and easily.
