Nick joined kCura in 2007 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, he is responsible for the direction and execution of kCura’s go-to-market strategy, which includes on-premises installations at corporations and law firms, as well as on-demand solutions provided by kCura’s global network of Relativity partners. Nick’s background in technology and litigation services has provided him with an understanding of customer service needs in the litigation support industry and the ability to execute kCura’s sales and marketing strategy accordingly. Prior to kCura, he was the Vice President of Technical Services for Forensicon, a Chicago-based computer forensics firm specializing in the identification and preservation of electronic evidence. From 2003 to 2006, Nick served as a Senior Solutions Consultant for Encore Discovery Solutions, a leading provider of electronic data discovery, Web hosting and other related services. Nick received a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and International Business from Marquette University. He has attended computer forensics training from Guidance Software and AccessData and has been a speaker on the subject of electronic discovery.
