Mike joined kCura in 2001 as one of the original co-founders of the organization. He is now the Vice President of Information Technology and is responsible for maintaining and supporting both internal and external systems. Internally, Mike works with every department of kCura to ensure that employees have the technical tools, infrastructure and resources needed to efficiently perform their jobs, in addition to troubleshooting problems, maintaining functional test environments, and implementing new solutions to support growth and continually improve operations. He is also responsible for managing external vendors and sustaining smooth deployment of Relativity. Mike has fifteen years of experience with a wide scope of technology including development, testing, consulting and systems support. Prior to kCura, he served on management teams for new ventures ranging from ecommerce to Microsoft custom development. From 1997 to 2001, Mike worked with Lante Corporation, an e-business consulting firm, in the roles of project manager, analyst and developer. He was also a partner at OrderCorner, an online broker of delivered meals for businesses. He began his career with Electronic Data Systems on the Systems Engineer track at a General Motors assembly plant. Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
