Client Services

The client services team is a highly visible group that is dedicated to providing informed, reliable support for our existing and potential clients. In addition to providing support, they conduct all client trainings and webinars for both end users and administrators of our software. With their technical networking knowledge and experience, the client services team responds to client inquiries ranging from basic questions about our web-based application to complex network, server, or user computer issues – thus insuring that client satisfaction is continually exceeded.
