kCura rewards employees for their hard work. With 18 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays every year, you will have no shortage of vacation time. We also believe in providing options that fit your lifestyle; if employees don’t use their full allotment of paid time off, we allow them to roll over and/or sell back unused vacation time at the end of each year.
